1. Platform Overview & Marketplace Role

PPX Wedding Cars operates as a digital technology intermediary platform connecting wedding couples and event planners ("Customers") with independent wedding vehicle fleet owners, luxury car operators, and vintage car collectors ("Operators" or "Vendors").

Intermediary Nature: PPX Wedding Cars provides quotation matchmaking, communication facilitation, and booking coordination services. PPX Wedding Cars does not own, lease, or operate all vehicles listed on the platform, nor does it employ the chauffeurs directly, unless explicitly specified in writing for self-owned inventory.

2. Customer Bookings & Quotations

• Requirement Submission: Submitting a wedding car requirement on PPX Wedding Cars is free of charge. Customers agree to provide accurate event dates, pickup times, and route details.
• Operator Quotations: Quotes received through our platform represent estimated package prices based on the customer's specified hours, kilometers, vehicle category, fuel, and driver allowances.
• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when the customer accepts the operator's quotation and the designated advance booking token/deposit is paid to the operator or through the authorized payment gateway.
• Inclusions & Exclusions: Each quotation clearly states package boundaries (e.g., 8 Hours / 80 KMs, Chauffeur Allowance, Ribbon/Flower Decoration). Any excess hours, extra kilometers, toll charges, interstate border taxes, or special parking fees outside the quotation scope are payable directly to the chauffeur/operator.

3. Operator / Vendor Partner Obligations

All operators registered on PPX Wedding Cars must strictly comply with the following standards:

• Authentic Fleet & Documentation: Operators must hold valid Registration Certificates (RC), commercial transport permits, valid comprehensive vehicle insurance, emission fitness certificates, and ensure all drivers hold valid commercial driving licenses.
• Vehicle Condition: Vehicles dispatched for wedding bookings must be impeccably clean, mechanically sound, air-conditioned, properly decorated (if included), and correspond directly to the vehicle model and photographs presented during quotation.
• Punctuality & Chauffeur Conduct: The assigned chauffeur must arrive at the scheduled pickup point at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to the booked time, be dressed in clean and presentable attire, maintain courteous conduct, and observe all road safety regulations.
• Platform Commissions: Operators agree to pay the agreed platform service commission on bookings secured through PPX Wedding Cars facilitation.
• Direct Circumvention Prohibited: Operators shall not solicit customers off-platform using contact information obtained through matchmaking to evade agreed commissions or circumvent platform booking guarantees.

• Decorations: Standard ribbon or artificial flower decorations are provided as per the quotation package. Fresh flower decorations requested by the customer must not cause paintwork damage or obstruct the chauffeur's windshield visibility.
• Prohibited Uses: Customers and guests shall not carry hazardous materials, consume illegal substances, overload vehicles beyond certified passenger capacity, or perform dangerous roof/window stunts during the baraat procession. Operators reserve the right to halt the vehicle if passenger conduct poses safety hazards.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• PPX Wedding Cars acts solely as an intermediary technology platform under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• PPX Wedding Cars is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from traffic delays, roadblocks, weather extremes, vehicle breakdowns, or disputes between customers and independent operators.
• The total aggregate liability of PPX Wedding Cars for any claim arising out of our matchmaking services shall not exceed the platform facilitation fee earned on the specific booking.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana / New Delhi, India.

1. Intermediary & Marketplace Role

PPX Wedding Cars operates exclusively as an online marketplace intermediary connecting customers seeking wedding car transportation with independent third-party car owners, fleet operators, and wedding transport vendors ("Operators").

Unless explicitly indicated otherwise in a separate written contract for company-owned fleet vehicles, PPX Wedding Cars does not own, operate, insure, drive, or directly manage the vehicles registered by third-party operators. The contractual service for transportation, car provision, and chauffeur service is executed directly between the Customer and the assigned Operator.

2. Vehicle Condition, Safety & Chauffeur Services

While PPX Wedding Cars undertakes diligent onboarding verification (collecting government KYC, vehicle registration details, and insurance documents), the individual operator remains solely and legally responsible for:

• The mechanical roadworthiness, fitness, hygiene, safety, and operational condition of the dispatched vehicle.
• Maintaining valid commercial road permits, fitness certifications, pollution under control (PUC) certificates, and comprehensive motor insurance.
• The personal conduct, driving behavior, sobriety, punctual arrival, and traffic law compliance of the assigned chauffeur.

Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicle condition, documentation, and verify driver credentials upon arrival before commencing the journey.

3. Availability & Price Quotation Estimates

All quotes, vehicle availability statuses, and pricing displayed on the platform or received via communication channels are real-time estimates provided by independent operators. A vehicle is officially reserved only upon the confirmation of the required advance booking deposit. During high-demand auspicious wedding dates, vehicle availability changes rapidly and quotes remain subject to prior booking by other parties until confirmed.

4. Unforeseen Delays, Route Obstructions & Force Majeure

PPX Wedding Cars and vehicle operators cannot be held liable for delays, missed event timings, or route diversions caused by events beyond reasonable human control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to:

• Severe traffic congestion, vehicular gridlock, VIP road closures, or public processions.
• Adverse weather conditions (extreme fog, torrential rain, waterlogging, hailstorms).
• Civil unrest, bandhs, roadblocks, strikes, or statutory government mobility restrictions.
• Sudden punctures or mechanical breakdowns (wherein the operator will endeavor to supply alternative transport as outlined in our Terms).

5. Third-Party Links & Ancillary Services

Our website and communications may contain links to third-party services (such as Google Maps for directions, external payment gateways, florist decorators, or third-party web portals). PPX Wedding Cars does not endorse, control, or assume liability for the content, privacy practices, or commercial terms of any external third-party entities.

6. No Guarantee of Vendor Revenue

Registration as an operator on the PPX Wedding Cars platform does not constitute an agreement or guarantee of any minimum number of booking leads, inquiries, or business revenue. Lead volume depends entirely upon customer demand, vehicle popularity, regional wedding density, and competitive pricing offered by the operator.

7. "As Is" Warranty Disclaimer

The platform, digital interfaces, and matchmaking services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
